“We All Float Down Here” is a decadent Root Beer Float Inspired Stout capitalizing on absurd uses of Real Root Beer and Creamy Vanilla. We brewed a heavy handed base stout and brought it into double digits with sugar additions in the fermenter. Upon terminal gravity we absolutely doused it with rich and velvety Sprechers Root Beer. Then, just before package we circulated a healthy use of Vanilla. It’s rich and delicious, sweet but not too sweet. We liken it to an old soda jerk Root Beer with some Caramel and Chocolate Sauce swirled on the glass and a little dollop of Ice Cream to float right on top. We love it! You’ll love it! Thanks to Black Horizon for the fun brew day this time and every time. We ordered this Float w/ 2 straws just to share with you at the RX counter!
