A delightful and crushable Cream Ale utilizing ingredients strictly from Indiana. We started with some beautiful Pilsner and Pale Malt from Sugar Creek Malt Co. and blended in their Chit Malt for body and their White and Bloody Butcher Corn for the style’s trademark, nutty sweetness. Hopped thoroughly in the kettle with Cascade Hops from Howe Farms, it lends an earthy, citrusy bitterness to this hyper clean ale. For yeast we used the second generation of our house American Ale Yeast just to ensure that its cells were propagated and grown right here in our fair state. Finally, from beginning to end this beer is brewed with the water that raised us. It’s no secret that the beer from the Lake Michigan Coastline is some of the best in the world and this libation only reaffirms that. Show some love for “America’s Crossroads” and the excellent small businesses, and beer that reside here!

Since when is a cream ale bitter? Worst "beer" I have ever drank. It looks like cloudy urine. Harsh taste with NO sweetness. Just bitter. Not an accurate representation of a cream ale! I will not buy again
