First ever Biere de Garde so I don't have anything to compare it too. Pours a dark reddish gold with an off white head. Smells of malts and some subtle yeast. Tastes of toasted malts, some sweetness, a little funk, and light hops. Medium in body and carbonation. Overall an incredibly enjoyable beer.
