Look - brown clear very slight head, looks pretty thin
Smell - sweet caramel roasted malt, English brown
Taste - mild caramel roasted malt taste, hints of chocolate. Perfect amount of sweetness.
Feel - medium body very light carb
Overall - one of my favorites from Monnik.

Monnik does not produce a wide variety of beers, so I tried this staple of theirs on one of my last visits in November 2019. Though I'm not a fan of the style, I rated this slightly higher than average. It's a little sweet.

Nicely done! Good chocolate, modest caramel, a little tobacco, a little orchard fruit, some good English style biscuity bready malt, a little earthy grass, this is a very good brown ale, with a solid and substantial mouthful without being too heavy.
