I'm just learning to appreciate sours. This is by far the best that I have had so far. Tastes like pale ale and apple cider had a beautiful baby. Drinks like a dry champagne, very carbonated.
Goes down so easily, especially for a 6.9% brew.
I am so bummed that I did not pick up more than one while they were in stock, as they no longer produce it.

Just getting into sours so my palate isn’t quite trained for them yet, please excuse my lack of detail.
The pour was exactly what a pale ale should look like in my mind, quite a head that dissipated quickly. The smell was faint, but tart and the taste followed. It’s the first sour I’ve had that featured malts so prominently, but that may be my inexperience with the genre. Feel was spot on and I would be happy to drink 4 or 5 of these in an afternoon.
