A - Black pour with dense, creamy caramel foam resting on top.
S - Toasted chocolate oatmeal with a light char and barely any Bourbon aroma.
T - Bourbon, light char and oak, a small amount of cherry, and oatmeal chocolate malt. Bourbon and cherry linger on the palate for a good long time after the sip.
M - Big viscous, silky body with a little bit of warming on the way.
O - Solid and glad to have tried this.
