Actually a Nut Brown Ale in name, this dark amber brew more closely resembles a mild Spring Ale, or a Pale with a spoon full of Porter added. The medium sweet malt is a little pasty. Sweet malt aroma. Medium/High in citrus hops. Lightly fruity. The off-white head doesn't last very long, or does the lace.

Nice roasted malt flavors. A little less mellow than other browns with some alcohol bite in the middle. Reminded me more of an amber, like Dos Equis.
