Received in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice dark brown almost black with light wispy head that fades to leave nothing but nice legs.
S - Aromas of charred chocolate, flashes of graham, rather light marshmallow. Some light alcohol. Little bit of lactose.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with some nice char along with a sweet dark chocolate syrup. The marshmallow is sweet but as things warm up it gets really burnt and acrid.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, sweeter and sticky.
O - Overall this was a very disappointing beer. Tons of potential but this really falls flat on execution. A real shame.

Pours a large fizzy dark head that fades very quickly, inky pitch black beer long legs
Nose big dark chocolate cocoa, lactose and milk chocolate, light cookie graham cracker but no cinnamon or spice, big vanilla too but no real marshmallow, sweet burnt sugars though, touch nutty
Taste plenty of cocoa but more lactose milk chocolate, very light graham cracker toasted nutty biscuity thing, mild bitterness, some vanilla, becoming yeasty, no marshmallow but some burnt sugar, plenty of milk sugar lactose, dry finish, powdered chocolate and coffee grinds with lactose lingering, acrid coffee
Mouth is med bod, creamy silky, light alcohol, medium light carb
Overall meh, just not that great, almost no base beer, only delivers some of what it promises, acrid coffee grinds on the finish sad icky, yeasty, just not well done
