An ambrosial pastry sour containing a combination of actual rhubarb & strawberry plus Tahitian vanilla and an aggressive amount of honey Teddy Grahams. (contains lactose)

750 mL crowler. Pours orange with a tinge of pink. Lots of foam that doesn't last. Smells of rhubarb and faint strawberry, wheat, and vanilla. Tastes of tart strawberry and rhubarb oscillating flavors before a sweet lactose spike. Maybe a tinge of cinnamon somewhere in there? Vanilla back end with a wheaty and kinda bitter finish. Lingering lactose sweetness. Medium light. Sugars make it heavier. Interesting, but not something I could drink much of.
