Pour Over Porter - Tiramisu

16oz can, snifter glass. Dark black body, even has a little bit of legs on it. One finger mocha head, short retention, no lacing. Smell is chocolate cake, big caramel, fair bit of coffee roast, vanilla cream, sweet lady fingers, light brown sugar. Definitely a pastry in a glass as far as flavour is concerned- but it's really not too sweet. The coffee balances out the baking adjuncts nicely, and the vanilla gives the mouthfeel a big boost. It's medium full bodied, appropriate carbonation, smooth and silky with a nice vanilla finish. Assuming this is the same ABV as the base (probably a little bit higher?), this is a ridiculous pastry porter that drinks like a much bigger pastry stout beer.
