500ml capped bottle, snifter glass. Pours a cloudy golden body, zero head, and therefore no retention or lacing. Smell is peach ring candy sweetness without the fuzzy flesh, light caramel, a bit of grain, moderate acetic acidity. Not superbly complex, but delightful just the same. Flavour really pops, though. The peach jumps out strongly as a fruity tartness, which is immediately tempered by a peach gummy sweetness, likely from the malt, and maybe a trace leather astringency on the finish to slightly balance it out. It essentially tastes like moderately sour peach rings. Medium bodied, good carbonation despite the lack of head. Could have a little more lasting power on the finish, but otherwise solid body. A fruit-forward wild ale that will make just about anyone happy even though it lacks complexity and any sort of head retention.
