L - trace mocha head atop an oil-black body.
S - milk chocolate, caramel, cookies.
T - this really does taste like cookies. Milk chocolate, vanilla, caramel, maple syrup, cookie dough, a little something nutty (would not have guessed walnut though).
F - full bodied with low carb.
O - quite sweet, but damn this scratches the adult cookie monster itch.

It's good, but good lord. It is so sweet that it will make your knees weak. Seriously, one sip and you will swear you have diabetes; I don't want to know how many calories a can has.
I think the best part about it is the mouthfeel--with a beer so rich you'd expect something thick and viscous but instead it manages to go down pillowy and soft.
This beer is straight up a dessert, and I applaud Pulpit Rock for not being tempted to throw a ton of lactose in it, as some breweries might.
Great beer, but again, be advised that it is overwhelmingly sweet.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
