Alle Sammen translates to 'All Together' in Norwegian! A collaboration barrel-aged bottle that's been in the works for over two years with our good friends at Marto Brewing Co. and Dimensional Brewing Company. We are lovingly calling this beer a StoutWine - a blend of a 23 month aged barleywine and a 26 month aged imperial stout which was later rested on three varieties of vanilla from Brazil, Comoros and Tanzania.

Sweet milk chocolate covered caramel and toffee, dark fruity raisins and figs, prominent vanilla, and a vanilla-bourbon barrel nose on this one! Great aromatics here! Taste follows with a rich and decadent, chocolate and caramel, subtle vanilla, and a well-integrated bourbon barrel finish! Wow! The mouthfeel on this is darn near perfect...just the right amount of decadence/viscosity plus a fullness/softness on the backend. The fullness keeps it from feeling too syrupy and cloying. This is a world-class black barleywine!
