This unique, full aperture mini pours like motor oil. Almost zero discernible head retention, but there's plenty of floaties present in this one. Judging from what clings to the inside of the glass I'm thinking raspberry seeds predominantly.
Chocolate-dipped raspberries on the nose. Brownie crisps and Tru Fru goodness ring true throughout.
The palate is thick and smooth - just as advertised. Fruited stouts can be hit or miss for me, but this is so well done. You get the tangy fruit, the pastry-sweet chocolate from the brownies, and smooth as silk finish.
