22 ounce bottle into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy, light amber with a one and a half finger head, lots of foamy cling, lots of agitation and bubbles. Smells of yeast, malt, light black pepper- more as it warms, cherries, light caramel. The taste also leads with the yeast and malt, then raisins, caramel, plums, light cherries. Lots of flavor here. Smooth, crisp, refreshing, well carbonated.
Very good BSD, true to the style and loaded with flavor. Very enjoyable to drink. Look forward to trying more from these guys, this is a great first impression. Well worth a purchase.
