This is one of my go to local beers. I grab it when I can’t make a decision. Never lets me down. Great flavor.

Nonexistent head and no lace. The liquid is clear and brown (light passes through the center easily).
Very mild smell (the taste is much more powerful). Slightly browned, toasted bread aroma.
Lots of toasty malt making this beer almost "dark". Flavor wise it leans to an Amber with an extra dollop of chocolate malt and bittering hop. Rich bodied with a decent carbonation (much higher than the lack head would suggest). Easy to drink.

Had this beer at the Not Your Average Joe's in Methuen, MA. The beer had a light brown appearance and a thin ring of lacing on the sides. The aromas were quite nice; I could sense toffee with a slight roasted Nuts smell. The taste followed the nose with a slightly boozy malt taste. The mouthfeel had a decent balance of crispness with a creamy texture. Overall, I thought this was pretty nice, especially its aromas and taste.
