Pours a large semi dense creamy mocha colored 1 finger head with great retention and messy lacing, decent legs, super dark basically black color
Nose is boozy, tons of bourbon and rum notes somehow, oh wait that smells like infection, fruity, yeasty, funky, little harness and acidity, tart, behind that little chocolate, fudgey, caramel, no sweet potato
Taste yep, that's infection like or just yeast going to town way too much in the bottle, tangy little tart, funky yeast, tons of yeast like chewing on it, mild chocolate and caramel, little sweet potato flavor even, light bourbon and vanilla barrel, but hard to get past yeast, alcohol, infection like sadness, very bitter too, and very astringent
Mouth is fuller bod, way too much tingly carb, little alcohol warmth, big astringent mouth ripping finish
Overall sad, this could has been an interesting beer
