This West Coast inspired IPA is brewed with a bit of flaked rice in the grain bill to help give it a crisp profile. We bittered with apollo and finished off in the whirlpool with sakura (cherry blossoms) Idaho Gem and Citra, then conditioned on a few pounds of cherries and healthy dry hop.
