A beautiful lite golden elixir, slightly cloudy, with a billowy fluff that asserts itself nearly 3 fingers in height.
Nose is grassy, peppery, with a melange of wonderful grain notes that are crackery and dry. The yeast adds a bit of zip.
The taste is herbal and grassy with slightly floral lemony notes. The grain notes hint at sourdough. Very tasty.
Lively carbonation. Almost fluffy in the mouth. Crisp and drying in the finish.
Overall, a very pleasant drink.
