Not really sour tasting, but there's a distinct fruity tart sensation. Slight haze on the amber brew. Plenty of suds in the snifter. Tangy with a light body. Sharp but nicely balanced with a malty sweet note.
Fruity with what tastes like apricot but apparently is raspberries. Fruity aroma is very inviting. Finishes with a faint bitter tang. This is the kind of restrained tart brew that should be experimented with in the Northwest, with all the fruit. This is so much more drinkable than the all too common vinegar bombs. On tap at the brewery on May 19, 2016.
