Served in shaker pint. poured a cloudy dark yellow color with just a thin cap of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma had low malts and only light citrus hop notes.
The flavors were the same, but there was an added metallic taste.
The body was average for the style, medium.
Drinkability was OK, but was hurt by the metallic flavor that remained throughout the glass.
Overall, a fairly average, and perhaps slightly below average, version of the style.
