Clear golden yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Pilsner-style glass. Dry and spritzy on the tongue. Hints of alfalfa and straw in the nose. Light flavors of grain with a little of green apricot. They were fairly sparing with the hops so it's aromatic without being overly bitter. It's a green flavor overall, with very little malt taste. Dry finish. From the 16 oz crowler can filled at the brewery tap.
