This rustic take on a pale rides the line between old and new styles. This dry beer has an aroma of clove and spices that finishes with hoppy flavors of lemon, peaches, and floral herbs. Brewed in collaboration with Garden Path Fermentation.

Clear yellow brew with plenty of foam in the pFriem mug. Light beery aroma with tangy notes. Mouthfeel is spritzy and light bodied. This is a different style of Pale Ale, with the hops being in the background. It does taste lemony and rather yeasty. No sweet malt and the finish is yeasty astringency rather than hop bitterness. Overall this is quite quaffable and it does make for a tasty warm-weather brew with moderate alcohol. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery bar.
