Visited Rio Bravo Brewing Co. the week of 15-21 January, 2018 and enjoyed their Level 3 IPA unfiltered. As with other unfiltered beer's, the Level 3 was a bit cloudy-yellow/gold. The Taste is caramel and pale malts base with a huge amount of grapefruit with a hint of orange. Level 3 is medium bodied, refreshing, and very drinkable. Overall this is a nice IPA that is definitely worth a repeat visit!

Had it on draft at the tap room in a pint glass. Slightly cloudy yellow color wth a decent head and lacing. Citrus smell and taste. It was fresh stuff and tasted good on a cool May evening.
