We added more than 360 lbs of juicy blood oranges to give this traditional Belgian Wit an epic citrus twist. Hints of freshly ground coriander highlight the fruit, making this the perfect beer for warm, sunny days.

16oz can, wrap label. No dating information found. Label has the information of 'BREWED AND CANNED BY THE SHERRING BREWING CO. LLC MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head quickly recede to an interrupted cap. All lacing spots tend to slide back down into the body.
Aroma of tangy wheat malt and citrus orange.
Taste has the tangy wheat malt and yeasty esters. Flavors of citrus orange, lemon, coriander, and a little banana. Gets dry in the aftertaste with yeast and a touch of citrus.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish. Very low bitterness. Good carbonation.
Very drinkable because of the dry finish and citrus/spice notes.

On tap. Poured a slightly, cloudy golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of orange peel, yeast and esters. Lots of sweet orange flavor with wheat and spices.

The big problem I had with this one was instead of the usual beligan wit dollop of wheat at the end, instead I got a bunch of salt with some wheat. Very off-putting. The orange, cranberry and banana tried to save it but they can only do so much. High carbonation for a wit as well.

I received this in a trade with @swenny916. Poured from 16 oz. can into a pint glass. It pours a pretty, cloudy orange-honey color with a thin, ecru-colored head that dissipated quickly. It has the classic Belgian Wit nose: banana, lemon, coriander, and clove. The taste follows the nose. There is sweet orange and tart citrus and spice with a hint of spicy, hoppy bitterness at the finish. It features lively carbonation, is crisp and clean, and at only 4.7% ABV is super easy to drink. Overall, I don't know why the aggregate BA rating is so low. This is a delightful Belgian Wit bier. Thank you, Jay for the chance to drink it.

On tap at Shamrocks. Pours a hazy golden color with a small head. Aroma of light fruit, bit of orange and light grain. Taste of citrus, orange, light malt sweetness and bit of coriander. Mild bitterness and clean finish. Light body and smooth. Easy drinker.

Deep copper colored with a murky complexion. There's a fingernail of off white sitting on top. The aroma is quite simply that of citrusy blood orange and coriander. The taste is a very well balanced combination of blood orange and judiciously used coriander. The mouth has a bit of a cooling sensation and is rather quaffable.
