Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on January 29, 2020. We brewed this 4.6% ABV tart beer as a traditional gose with sea salt and coriander, then added lemon peel, vanilla, and lactose.

Top notch lemon tart gose, with a perfect lemon meringue aftertaste. Uncanny how well this beer captures that taste while staying a beer. Bought a growler to go.

On tap. Poured a slightly cloudy golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of lots of lemons, some wheat and caramel. Tart lemon taste with hints of lemon, saltiness and wheat.
