A limited release beer, brewed for the brewery's ninth anniversary. Their social media account stated this about the beer: "This first of two beers that we'll be releasing is our, Like, totally Rad Tropical IPA "Saved By The Beer"! (7.6% ABV) This Delicious IPA is made with Passion Fruit, Orange and Guava, along with experimental Hops, to give this beer an incredible flavor and profile you will NOT want to miss! "

From a can with artwork that drew its inspiration from the "Saved by the Bell" TV Show, it looks like it came directly from the late '80's or very early '90's. The beer has an enormous, fizzy, white head. The head isn't long-lasting, and doesn't leave a lace. The liquid is a murky, dark straw color. Absolutely huge tropical notes leap from the glass. Intense citrus, melon, guava, and more. Intense and complex nose. The taste is slightly sweet, with a very firm bitterness. Full in body and long tropical finish.
