8oz pour at the brewery.
Relatively clear, amber body. Little head, not much lacing.
Aromas are inviting but not memorable. can't nail it down - mostly rich malts. Bakery like.
Flavor is not your typical amber ale. At least not in the past decade. Very little hop sharpness - malt heavy. Quite bready... almost like an amber lager.
Mouthfeel is smooth and pretty clean. I plowed through it pretty quickly.
A pretty good gateway beer, IMO. Bartenders should offer this to macro folks who wander in.
