Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is straw gold, dense looking, opaque, head is off white with fine bubbles and at least 1 finger thick after the pour and just a bit less after settling; good head lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is quite pleasant with an interesting malt hop balance, good malt presence but i can't pin-point the type - anyway great toast and grain aroma with a herbal/bitter/earthy hop profile.
Taste is similar with great malt hop interplay - malt flavor play forward quite a bit similar toast and biscuit notes; hops come through as herbal, floral, earthy with a good bitter presence.
Mouthfeel is low to moderate carbonation, light sweetness and then drying with bitter lingering presence on the tongue; full feeling with lingering hazy components.
Overall a great spin on the hazy style with more dominant malt notes and more nuanced (less fruity/juicy) hop profile.

on draft at the brewery, in 10 oz snifter type glass
fairly clear, yellow golden in color, white head. well rounded hop aroma, not overly strong. taste is similar, a touch of malt flavor, medium bitterness. just kind of a generic IPA. thin to medium bodied.
