500 ml bottle - 2017 vintage. Bought from the brewery a few months ago and in my fridge since
pours a clear dark copper color, no head. pouring out the dregs of the bottle makes it a bit cloudy. pleasant aroma is slightly tart and earthy. strawberry, lemon zest, a touch of mustiness and wood. similar flavors in the taste, it's not overly sour - just a touch so. actually finishes neutral. the brett character leans fruity. lightly carbonated, it could user a little more to make it seem more refreshing.

Look: Vigorous poor produces zero head. Beer is Amber in color. No noticeable carbonation.
Smell: The nose is promising. Sweetness pokes through but otherwise it's all tart and funky.
Taste: You get some sweetness from the oak and there is some dark cherry in there but it's not nearly as funky as the nose. No real tartness to speak of. Little carbonation on the back end where some toffee and caramel flavors also linger.
Mouthfeel: it's light and smooth. Almost like a juice.
Overall it's ok. 2017 vintage so it's pushing two years, would've liked to see how it was fresh. Bought from a cooler at the brewery today but not sure how it was stored prior. This showed some promise but has obviously fallen off already.
