Pale yellow in color with a milky, unfiltered appearance. Poured with a moderate, creamy, bright white with good retention. Medium aromas of apricot, lemon and orange rind with light leafy, earthy notes. Medium light malt aromas. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Light, creamy smooth feel with mellow, boozy warmth near the end. Apricot and stone fruit flavors with medium maltiness beneath. Medium hop bitterness through the middle followed by bready malt and sweet dark fruit and melon flavors. Finished with a acidic, boozy bite followed by sweet melon and bready malt flavors that slowly transition to earthy, tobacco notes. Great look. Mouth feel was a little light for the NEIPA style. Balance was a touch to the sweet side at the finish.
