Out of a pint can and into a clear glass liter mug this came and went. The liquid is opaque and dull golden amber in color. The head is appropriately modest, just off-white and enduring. There's almost no aroma. Faint and ambiguous it is, with maybe some yeast, hops and malt. The taste is solid. There's malt and hops in a wonderful balance, consistent from first mouth hit to lingering finish. This is really quite a drinkable NEIPA. There's good glass lacing, marking each tilt of the vessel. It brings all of the soft hops and malt expected from this style. The mouthfeel captures the categories description very well. Everything here is well above average, except the aroma. Maybe it's just this particular episode, so this shall get another review. It would be unfortunate if one category diminished the rating of an overall very good brew.
