Poured into a small glass: color rosy gold, head is off white with fine bubbles and presents 1/2 inch thick and dissipates quickly.
Smell is mild malt, tart sweetness, no real distinguishable aromas other than the the general notes.
Taste has more noticeable flavors - that mild malt and tart sweetness come through as light biscuit like malt, maybe some lactose, light strawberry, hint of lemon rind, subtle saltiness.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate sweetness, a bit limited sourness due to the lactose, lingering tart feel.
Overall a slightly sour, slightly sweet, subtly salty gose - strawberry and lemon are restrained which allows some of the gose base stye to still come through.
