Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is gold, transparent, minimal head presents and nothing lingering.
Smell is malt and lactic acid, but thin otherwise, definitely sour but limited in depth.
Taste is similar with a simple malt character and lactic sourness, light saltiness starts to emerge.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate sweet/sourness, light biting sour finish.
Overall a clean, simple gose - would like some more aroma and carbonation to counter some of the sour zip.
