Black, decent cappuccino colored foam.
Dark malts in the smell, grainy notes, grassy bitter. Cocoa.
Full taste, dark malts, but not roasted or burnt. Sugary, with honey noes. Cococa. Maty sweetness, dry fruits.
Almond, light grassy bitterness to balance.
Dried plum, too, quite long in the aftertaste, along with almond and sweet cocoa.
Very well done.
