Triple IPA whirlpooled with Mosaic and DDH w/ Idaho 7 and Galaxy hops, and brewed with a healthy dose of internet humor.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 8/2019. Picture of Dickbutt meme on the label. Pours opaquely hazy green/orange/amber color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance; and no cloying flavors after the finish. A bit of lingering NEIPA hop burn, harshness, astringency; but not overwhelming. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky/resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is nice. Mild increasing warmth of 10% after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic Triple IPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, despite the increasingly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Pretty soft feel, and not overly aggressive. Fantastic Mosaic, Idaho 7, Galaxy profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected. Just wish it wasn't as harsh/drying.
