A - Pours a lightly hazed reddish pink with a large frothy white head. Nice amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is plums, green apple skin and some lacto funk.
T - The taste is ripe red plums, lemon, green apple skins and wheat
M - Light body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - Very tasty. The red plums add a nice sweetness to the base sour.
