Reviewing a Crowler that was canned on 5-13-20.
A - Deep burgundy raisin color with light haze and off white lacing. Carbonation is mild.
S - Dark fruit and earth on the nose with some sweet malt.
T - Dark cherry, earth, some light sweet malt. Finishes on the sweet side with a lingering mild bitterness.
M - Thick, a little frothy from the carbonation which makes the palette too prickly for the style.
O - Really dig the after flavor, it's where the beer really comes into its own.
