Look: It pours golden with a white head. Head retention is low.
Smell: There is a definitive aroma of apples and pears. Overall, the aroma is sweet from the fruit. There is also a subtle spiciness to it. It also has some alcohol aromas as well.
Taste: It has a crisp sweet apple bite with pears. It has some grainy sweet flavors as well. There are some spicy flavors and a bit white grapes.
Feel: It has moderate feel to it with a moderately low level of bitterness. There is some tartness in the aftertaste as well. It is very dry in the finish.
Overall, although this is labeled as a blonde ale, it is more like a slight wild fruit beer with the tartness as the end and the strong flavors and aromas of fruit.
