Brown 33cl bottle with a very long thin neck and a blue and silver label. The label features a silhouette of a woman in aristocratic dress and hat, and the words "Beer for Women Only." OK... The German label goes no further in explanation, but the Russian import label explains that the brew was designed by a woman using survey data to determine what women prefer in a beer. This is the result...
Pours a nice clear copper color under a one finger tan head that lingers as film for quite a while and leaves a few lace spots. The nose features mild caramel. The mouth is light and quite prickly. The taste opens with smooth light caramel, followed by some very smooth but noticeable hops. The aftertaste is more sweet than bitter, but the bitterness lasts longer. My own first lady said it was good, but a bit too strong. I thought it was quite drinkable, even for a guy.
