Pours clear golden beer with fizzy white head, short retention. Smell - malty, flowery. Taste is semisweet, grainy. Light body and soft carbonation. Good landbier.

A: The pour is golden with a small white head that sinks quite quickly. Some small bubbles in the liquid.
S: Malt, a bit buttery. Floral hops, a bit fruity (green apples). Some bitter hops as well.
T: Full creamy malt, and some bitter hops in nice harmony. But the taste could benefit from being a bit stronger.
M: Lots of small bubbles and the body is medium. Smooth and creamy. The aftertaste is medium-short but has a nice bitterness to it (as long as it lasts).
D: A beer that goes down smoothly, but doesn't make any strong impressions.

500 ml screwcap bottle, bought at Otto Duborg, Flensburg, Germany. Unpasteurised. Clear (filtered???) golden colour, large and lasting white head. Fruity and flowery aroma, hints of honey. Moderate carbonation, soft moutheel. Moderate malty flavour, very moderate hops. Easy drinking, but not remarkable.
