Notes:
Funky Prowler is a barrel aged dry irish stout. It has a complex flavor profile from the roasted malts combining with the house sour yeast cultures. Starts our smooth until a sharp sourness surprises the palate before ending in dry roasted finish. The tasting notes of black cherry and deep rich berries comes from the house yeast interacting with the dark malts.

A: The beer is nearly black in color—when held up to the light traces of dark brown are visible near the edge of the glass. It poured with a quarter finger high tan head that left a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has sour flavors of blackberries and cherries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer drinks much more like an American Wild Ale than an Irish Dry Stout.
