on draught at my local beer stop

L: Pours with a very active and quickly dissapating carbonation. Quickly becomes a very still beer with no head. Color is an orange golden hue. It is fairly opaque.

S: sour notes that are very mild.

T: The sour is pretty good but kind of flat and emotionless. No real peach. Not a lot of depth of flavor. I like the base sour, but there isn't much added here.

F: Balanced and very approachable sour beer. crosses the palatte and has a crisp finish that is nice.

O: Easy to drink, decent balance, and a good sour baseline. I am not getting much peach or other flavor. It is just ok.

Good level of sourness in this beer, but not too powerful. I thought the beer was drinkable, but didn't taste that peachy, and wasn't phenomenal. Either way, glad to try a new beer from Pennsylvania.

On-draught at a bar in Staten Island, NY.

Acidic. Heavy on lactobacillus. Moderately high sourness - ~6-7/10. Butyric acid off-flavour (i.e. it's vaguely redolent of vomit, but in a kind of good way).

Unbalanced. Smooth, wet, unrefreshing. Well-carbonated.

Drinkable but not a great sour ale.
