Enjoyed at the brewery grand opening.
A - Poured a nice crystal clear amber hue with a thin light head that fades to leave thin halo.
S - Aromas of loads of caramel malts, faint pine and citrus peel. Malt heavy on the nose.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, strong bitter pine finish with nice caramel flavours mixed in throughout. The bitterness really lingers and is slightly offset by the malt sweetness.
M - Mouthfeel is brightly carbonated, dry, crisp.
O - Overall this beer was pleasant, considering it was malt forward. Nice bitterness on the finish. Solid.
