Pours a fizzy foamy almost 1 finger off-white head with fair retention, a bit of lacing, semi hazy orange-red color
Nose starts with herbal leafy hops, herbal tea, then fruity notes almost like fruit punch, into a mild sweet toasted grainy malt and hint of caramel like, a bit bready,
Taste brings malts up front, bready grainy and a bit toasted, hint of caramel sweetness, then quickly into herbal hops, leafy and a bit grassy, more herbal tea almost like iced black tea, mild fruity notes in the background and again almost fruit punch like but no specific fruits stand out, med bitterness throughout, finishes a bit on the sweet side but attempts to dry out
Mouth is med bod, med slight prickly carb
Overall pretty good, well in style and enjoyable although doesn't pop as much as many of the classics from across the pond

Enjoyed this English Pale Ale when my neighbor invited me to experience it with him after a recent visit. Plan to check it out this Saturday to stock up on some, so more reviews to come.

Enjoyed at the brewery grand opening.
A - Poured a hazy light honey hue with a super thin head that fades to leave light halo.
S - Aromas of lightly floral hops, caramel malts, lightly fruity. Definitely the aroma of a British pale.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, fair amount of caramel malts, that almost earthy lightly spicy English hop, pleasant bitter finish. Doesn't have the usual well, wet cardboard that British beers tend to have.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall this beer was a really tasty British pale, which is honestly a tough style to do considering how everyone now just wants assertive hops. Well done.
