Poured from a can dated 2/15/21 dry hopped with hops listed as Chinook and Columbus
8% AVB and 60 IBU
golden clear amber color, fluffy head that lends to soapy lacing
Aroma of hops and melon, slight floral scent. There is a hint of bread
Taste is pretty astringent up front, hop and malt forward, slight alcohol burn and a dry finish.
Mouthfeel is prickly and slightly sticky, medium carbonation, finishes dry with a nice little lingering bite
overall it's a nice DIPA, nice drinking and fairly straight forward

Pour at brewery. Burn copper. Looks like a strong ipa without a serious hopping. Mild nose. At first it seems it drinks much lighter but the booze comes back in the aftertaste. Still a nice light bounce in the feel.
