Canned 2021/01/04
Pours a med frothy creamy 1 finger head with great retention, soapy lacing, mostly clear slight chill hazed light pilsner pale color
Nose brings lots of grainy cereal malt, bready cereal a bit doughy, light and crisp
Taste brings plenty of flavor, lots of cereal grain, bready dough, quite doughy, cereal mash and a bit of straw, light herbal grassy hop notes, a little bitterness, a bit lagered-like crispness, as it warms I get a bit of buttery diacetyl unfortunately.
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med-higher foamy carb
Overall not bad, a bit too much malt for a Kolsch but otherwise pretty good, except the diacetyl that comes through as it warms.
