Light haze to the yellow straw color. Modest head which leaves a couple minor and slippery spots.
Smells like a paler ale with a very light vegetal (not a spicy jalapeño) nose.
The beer is dry. It’s thin like a cream ale. There’s not much overly peppery spice but the combination is unusual and refreshing. The finish closes up the palate leaving virtually no aftertaste. Overall this is worthwhile to try without any worry for extreme flavors.
