From the brewer:
Brewed with sweet potatoes and nutmeg, this beer features a rich malt backbone, and has a subtle earthiness. The result is a smooth, medium-bodied beer with a rounded mouthfeel, sweet and slightly fruity notes.

Clear, lighter brown color. Minor head but excellent streaky lacing.
Earthy aroma without the anticipated sweetness or alcohol.
Full bodied with expected (lower) carbonation. The initial flavor is very dry, especially for the style. I do pick up some light alcohol and some bitterness in the finish. The aftertaste matches the style with alcohol and Belgian yeast notes.
