Hazy amber color with a thick mushroom head with eternal retention and leaving lots of laces. The beer actually finished before the head.
Light, but nice citrus and tropical aroma with notes of passion fruit, fresh oranges, maybe pine and bread.
Flavor with notes of pineapple juice, grapefruit, American yeast, herbal, mild spices, some pine and lemon-orange citrusy. Dry with a long bitter aftertaste. Not harsh.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Great APA with a nice citrusy, being a good surprise from Guanajuato, on the top row of the style. On borderline to an American IPA.
